Please note that, although we will ensure your orders are sent out in time, we cannot guarantee delivery for any carrier issues arising beyond our control. We deliver to the UK and the rest of the world from this store. We do not despatch on weekends.

Bespoke Items

Our bespoke items are carefully handmade to order in our South Wales factory. Due to the bespoke nature of the products, please allow up to 3-6 weeks for creation.

 As these items are made specifically for you, we are unable to offer next-day delivery.

 However, if you have a specific deadline or important date in mind, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

**Shipping is charged in British Pounds(£), this may vary in your selected currency depending on currency conversion rates.

Please note we are unable to ship to the following countries: Belarus, Russia and Ukraine.

We try our best to send our parcels in such a way as to make the journey through customs as easy as possible, however there can be delays in receiving your order due to customs checks in your country which are beyond our control.

We ship all orders from our UK or USA warehouse. Orders shipped to EU countries have customs duties if applicable and VAT included in the price.

Please note we are not able to offer Express Shipping to APO addresses / military bases due to our carriers’ limitations. We can only ship to these addresses using standard postal services i.e., Royal Mail.
